• The judge has absolute FINAL SAY on all matters within the ring.
• If there’s any conflict or issue, please take it up with the judge AFTER the class
• The judge will notify the booth if there’s any changes to be made.
• No excessive whipping.

• Run from 12 – 6 Friday, Sat 6 – 9 am
• $5.00 per run
• Pay at gate
• 60 sec limit, go over this and there will be a $25.00 fine!
• Second pen up front for open riding

• Friday Night Slot Race – proper western attire is required
• Button up collared shirt which can be short or long sleeve, jeans, cowboy boots
• helmet or cowboy hat
• No ball caps
• On Saturday and Sunday please dress as you wish but dress respectfully & appropriately.

• A knock is an automatic no-time

• If you go off pattern it is an automatic no-time

• one horse may only be ridden in a class once

• Helmets under the age of 19 that are riding a horse/pony on the grounds

• ONLY 10 riders in the holding pen, 5 on each side, UP TO FRONT PANELS/GATES!!!!!!
  
  
• DO NOT BLOCK BOOTH LADIES VIEW need a clear view of PEN & JUDGE.
  
  
• Riders need their space to warm up, getting in & out of the ring safely.
  
  
• No persons on foot in the holding pens unless you are coaching or leading someone into the ring.

• No sitting/hanging out & watching from here!

• Will be done every 5 riders
• Ring crew will monitor the footing of ring for safety
• Big drag at 50 and again at 100 riders (watering of ring too, if needed)

• You have 60 – seconds to enter the ring once your name is called.
  
  
• Your name will be called a maximum of 3 times within the 60-seconds.

• ALL DOGS THAT DO NOT LIVE ON THIS PROPERTY MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES.
  
  *Clean up after your dog – please scoop POOP* Absolutely NO DOGS are to enter the main ring, holding pens or warm up ring.

• We will have various bins/wheelbarrows around with forks to pick up your horse’s poop.
  
  
• Please help keep the grounds clean, especially the gravel areas, parking lot and pathways.

• Do not approach the announcer’s booth to ask questions, please ask another organizer

• Clean your stall/pen & trailer parking spot! *please use designated spots for Manure

• In the event of someone taking an entire division, the format will be modified to accommodate
  as many competitors as possible!!!!
